Terms of Service
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These terms apply to your use of healthinmind.ca and the HealthInMind member app. By using the site or app, you agree to them.
Not medical advice
Content on this site is general information about training and wellbeing. It is not medical advice and doesn't replace care from a physician or other qualified health professional. High-intensity training is demanding: talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, or haven't exercised in a while. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
Your responsibility when training
You choose the weights, exercises and effort you use, and you train at your own risk. Use proper form, appropriate equipment and a spotter where needed.
No guaranteed results
Results depend on many factors, including consistency, recovery, nutrition, sleep and health history. We don't promise any specific outcome. Examples on this site illustrate how the program is structured and are not testimonials or typical results.
Plans and pricing
Plans, features and prices shown on the site may change. Any coaching arrangement, including its price and what it includes, is confirmed with you directly before you're charged.
Member accounts
Keep your password private and sign out on shared devices. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused or that put the service or other members at risk.
Content
The site's text, design, logo and training materials belong to HealthInMind or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal training but may not copy or republish them without permission. Photos are used under licence from Unsplash and icons from Font Awesome (CC BY 4.0).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HealthInMind isn't liable for injuries, losses or damages arising from your use of the site, the app or the training information provided, except where the law doesn't allow such limits. The site and app are provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable.
